Attitude-based interviewing

Attitude-based interviewing - the star training of School for Recruitment - takes over where competency-based interviewing ends, and gives a more accurate result. With this technique you will be able to determine what motivates people, predict how they will perform in a specific job and what competences they possess or are able to grow – all by decoding their motivation code.

As this technique works on a subconscious level it is one of the most accurate methods of forecasting how people will behave and it enables you of detecting if they are lying.
 

After this training you will:

  • Have a range of specific questions at you disposal, which enable you of getting started right away
  • Be able to detect the motivation code of your candidate during an interview as well as forecast of how this person will react in a certain context
  • Know yourself better and know where to pay extra attention in order to recruit the correct candidate
  • Be able to decode a job description in attitude characteristics and compare these characteristics with the ones of your candidate to see if they match.
  • Be able to interpret Radar reports
     

Methodology

We teach you to use the Radar interview step by step. It is a structured interview technique with which you in 30 minutes can discover the attitudes or motivation parameters of your candidate, based on the language he/she uses. The questions and interpretation of the answers will be practiced carefully during the training.
