Radar

The School for Recruitment provides tools and approaches to gain a measurable insight in people. For this we work on a conscious (competences & behavior) and a subconscious level (motivation, attitudes and strategy).

When we use the term Radar©, we mean every instrument that we use to measure the subconscious drivers in people. At this moment this consists of the attitude-based interview, as well as the online Radar questionnaire. Since they're aligned with each other, you can alternate both instruments and use them to verify and complete the collected information.

Radar provides a wide variety of information about a person:

  • What arouses your interest or motivates you at work?
  • How will you interact with others?
  • How do you formulate decisions and solve problems?
  • How do you process new and existing information?
  • How do you deal with change and stress, and in which environment do you perform best?
  • What's your leadership style?
  • How do you deal with rules and procedures?

If you’re in search of candidates, you need to decide who’s ready for promotion, or you want to increase someone's performance, then you may want to have the answers to questions like these.

Radar© is a multi-faceted tool that is highly effective at every stage in the critical input, throughput and output HR cycle.

Radar© is based on the LAB Profile® and the iWAM® questionnaire.
